Weronika Belczewska and Jan Frankowski has published an article about the light in local policy. In Polish journal Urban Development Issues (Problemy Rozwoju Miast) we answer if lighting is a subject of management or administration procedures, establishing links between history, law and policy of illumination in Tricity.

The first products of Polish fieldwork in EVALUTE also appeared. As a team we invite to read open-access paper concerned links between energy transitions and vulnerabilities within the Central and Eastern Europe in Geografiska Annaler, Series B: Human Geography. Article bases, inter alia, on a number of interviews with policy stakeholders responsible for energy, housing, social policy and environment in Warsaw and Gdańsk.
